The reinterpretation of exploring 冒險的再詮釋

We finally back to this amazing gorge and completed all the unknown sections in canyoning way.
The scene of this canyon sometimes makes us feel that we are in a science fiction,an inner space of East island.It seems no escape between the 100-200m big wall cliffs,but there is always an opportunity in the gorge if you never give up.

Thanks for all the people we met before,the 2013 Qia Kan River sawanoborni (river climbing) teammates,the members of Taiwan Canyoning Expedition.You are all a part of this journey .

Special thanks for the "not perfect but just right " weather.

The most multi-skills requirement river we ever done in Taiwan.Indeed a difficult and epic one.

It's an all-channel route.White water swimming . Rock climbing . Heavy carrying . Wild orientation . Landslides & Dammed lake crossing . Hammer throwing . Leeches & thorns fighting....We are so into(and wet wet wet) it.

Summit to Sea long Canyoning / 3 days,1300m 溪降千谷寒 2011

It's finally done.Mine,and also the first long tech canyoning trip in record of Taiwan(Maybe also in east Asia).Around 1300m climbing & rapelling down in 恰勘溪支流 from the peck - Mt.千古寒山(1991m).

Waterfalls - 25m/15m/15m/60m/75m/55m/10m/15m/25m/80m/15m (> 10m record only)
Rope - 80m*2

And yes,canyoning(溪降) system might be mixed with the sawanobori((沢登.溯溪) thinking in good way.The real canyoning type can speed up or make the down river part safer in some situation.We Asian can also pick the best way by different terrain & environment,In this case,we through all waterfalls by typical canyoning way .

The most important skill is to have the Open mind.

*The point A-D all have the short cut route by mountaineering way, we can adjust anytime when we get delay in sawanobori part.

11/27 Day 4 C3 – 1100m - 圓山2270m E (C4)

* Approach/ Back up route : 哈崙鐵道

11/28 Day 5 C4 – Canyoning清昌溪F (C5) (2.6 days needed)

11/29 Day 6 C5 – Canyoning清昌溪G (C6)

事實證明清水溪部分如空照顯示得一樣無聊 , 但清昌溪峽谷比想像中更有意思
